The customer service we have received from the initial contact, to the training to implement the program, to managing and customizing our program has been phenomenal! Our patients love earning points for prizes. In fact, we have talked about keeping a journal called, "What patients will do for points" to keep track of some of the crazy things they have done in an attempt to earn points. We have even seen this program win over patients who are getting a number of opinions from other offices.

This program has set us apart from other orthodontic practices increasing our value and what we have to offer our patients. The benefits we have been receiving from this program has far out weighed it's cost and has given us a way to encourage patient compliance as well.
