We are really enjoying our patient's rewards hub program. Our patients and mothers think it is wonderful. One of my treatment coordinators told me yesterday that 2 new patients signed up to start treatment because of the program instead of “going home to ask Dad”. They wanted their “Bubby Bucks” for starting at the New Patient exam and didn't want to wait! 4 patients have started because of the program within the first 45 days of having it. How cool is that?
